- headshot: Starts from the head, ends with the shoulders included.
- bust up: Starts from the head, ends with the bust included.
- half body: Starts from the head, ends with the hips included.
- thigh up: Starts from the head, ends with the thighs included.

By default the Artist works within a canvas of 2480 px * 3508 px at 300 DPI (for person commission)/ 3508 px * 3508 px at 300 DPI (for chibi commission), but the Client can ask for different dimensions, before the Artist begins drawing.add - ons:
- extra character(in the same canvas): +50% of the total price
- detailed background: +50% of the total price
*for example: nature, architecture, room interior, fantasy, etc.
- complex detail(s): +$5-30
*for example: tattoos, tedious patterns, accessories, armor, etc.
- pets or any kind of animal: +50% of the total price

Terms of Service

Please read the Terms of Service carefully before requesting a commission from Moonrimuvi (“The Artist”).

This Terms of Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between the Artist and the Client for the commission of an artwork ("Work"). By commissioning the Artist, the Client agrees to the following terms:1.content restrictions:The Artist will draw:
- ocs/sonas;
- dnd characters;
- fanart;
- character with animal features;
- couples/ships;
- and anything else that is personally acceptable to the Artist.The Artist will not draw:
- nsfw or anything suggestive;
- mecha (depends on the complexity);
- gore (some blood is ok);
- furry;
- hateful imagery;
- problematic content;
- fetish content;
- inappropriate ships;
- and anything else that is personally unacceptable to the Artist.*If the Client is not sure if the Artist will draw their request, then the Client should send the Artist a message about it and they will discuss.2.deadlines:
- Turnaround time for completion is from 1 week to 1 month or more depending on how complex the commission is and if there have been changes to the Artist’s schedule, but the Artist will inform the Client if there are any delays;
- If the Client would like the art piece by a certain date please inform the Artist as they will prioritise completing it within a comfortable time frame;
- For rushed commissions that must be completed in less than a week, a fee of 50% of the total price will be charged.3.revisions:
- Major revisions (whole pose, composition, etc.) allowed during the sketch phase only. Minor revisions (slightly pose/emotion/color changes, etc.) allowed after that;
- The Client is allowed an unlimited amount of revisions during the sketch phase. After that, a maximum of 3 revisions are allowed, if the Client needs more, they will be charged an additional fee;
- If the Artist makes any errors in the character's designs that were shown/specified in the given reference, they will make the edits with no additional fee.4.payment:
- Full payment is required before starting the commission (for prices higher than $ 70: 50% upfront and 50% after sketch approval);
- All information for payment will be sent to the Client when the Artist is ready to begin work. The Client must not send money before these requests for payment from the Artist.
- Until the payment is made, The Artist will not start the Client’s commission;
- The Artist accept PayPal (for USD $ transaction) and Monobank (for UAH ₴ transaction);
- Prices may vary or change depending on complexity, requirements and/or additional requests;
- Once the Work has begun or payments have been made, the Client acknowledges the Work and deliverables are digital and there are no physically shipped goods to receive;
- PayPal features are very limited in Ukraine. Currently only the "Friends and Family" payment option is available for PayPal and invoices are not available, that is why the Artist has to ask the Client to do their transfers themselves and in "Friends and Family" format;
- The Client warrants they will not issue chargebacks and the refund policy mentioned below will be followed.5.refund, cancellation:
- The Artist reserves the right to decline any commission for any reason. In case of any violations in the terms of service, the Artist has the right to ban the Client from any future commissions;
- The Client may cancel the commission at any point before the Artist sends a sketch;
- No refund after the commission has started unless the Artist has stated that the Artist is unable to finish it. Refunds will differentiate based on the commission's status.6.rights & usage:
Artist Rights:
- The Artist retains copyright, ownership, redistribution and intellectual property rights, which includes but is not limited to display, advertising, printing the Work and work in progress on websites, social media, portfolios, public broadcast channels (i.e. Twitch) and more. If the Work is a fanart of an existing media, the Artist may resell the commission in the form of prints and merchandise;
- If the Client doesn't want the Work posted on social media profiles, then please let the Artist know beforehand.Client Rights:
- The Client receives exclusive, non-transferable usage rights to the Work for personal use;
- Personal use means: display on social media accounts for promotional purposes with no direct monetization such as profile pictures, banners, and posts; print and framing in personal spaces; display as part of designs on websites and channels, excluding use in content of these websites or channels;
- The Client must not claim the Work as their own and must credit the Artist using their social tag/username/link at the instance of display of the Work or permanently on their websites, social media profiles, broadcast channels and so on;
- The Client must not edit or modify the Work in any way without prior permission from the Artist.Commercial use:
- Commercial rights means usage of the Work on streams or any monetized instances, or selling or reselling the Work to another party, as a part of any product, or on another platform;
- The art piece that the Client commission from the Artist is strictly prohibited from being used by the Client or any external party to generate profit, in any form such as: merchandise goods, advertisements, Al training, NFTs, crypto currency, etc.;
- All commercial commissions (merch, promotional material and streaming assets (Vtuber branding, Twitch, Youtube, Website, etc.)) must be specified and discussed beforehand;
- The prices for commercial purposes would be increased up to 100% or more.7.communication:
- Ongoing communication and discussion will occur throughout the project, including work in progress, idea generation and collaboration, situational updates, and more;
- Communication channels may include email ([email protected]) or Instagram DM (@moonrimuvi), according to the Artist discretion;
- The Artist response time may vary, up to one week in order to provide better or more concrete updates.8.process:
1. The Client fills out the form and submits it (one form counts as commissioning the Artist for one art piece; if the Client would like a second art piece, the Client may complete another form).
2. The Artist will receive the form and let the Client know if they are available to accept a commission (The Artist will message the Client on provided Instagram/Twitter/Email (usually within 7 days)) and they will discuss it.
3. The Artist will confirm the total price for the commission and ask for full payment (PayPal or Monobank). The Client will pay the total price.
4. A sketch will be sent.
5. After the sketch is approved by the Client, the Artist will start drawing and during this period the Artist will send the Client progress images.
6. The Artist will send the completed work as a high resolution digital file (PNG, JPG, TIFF, etc.) to the Client through a Google Drive link or Email, whichever is preferred.9.confidentiality:
- The Artist and the Client acknowledges that information and materials that are provided to either party (including but not limited to personal information, technical information, marketing plans, payment information, or sensitive business information), or are incorporated into the deliverables, that will not be visible to the public shall be considered confidential information and shall not be disclosed to any other party without prior written permission from the owner of this confidential information.10.indemnification:
- The Client indemnifies the Artist against claims, losses, damages, and expenses related to the Work usage by the Client, breach by the Client of the Agreement, or third-party claims;
- If the Client's rights are violated or the Work is not delivered as agreed, the Artist will work to remedy the situation first.

This policy can be updated or changed at any time by the Artist.
